This Workforce Development Center (WDC) course is designed to prepare students to pass the PMI® Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam on the first attempt. Students use PMI® certified training material and engage with PMP® certified instructors to learn the terminology, tools, and techniques that are required to take a project from the initiating process through planning, executing, controlling, and closing. In addition to providing students with an overview of key concepts from PMI®’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Sixth Edition (PMBOK®), this course is designed to provide the contact hours required to take the exam as well as the knowledge needed to help students pass the PMP® Exam on the first attempt.
