Fitness Center & Recreation
All Cincinnati State students and employees are welcome to visit the Fitness Center in Room 18 on the lower level of Main Building. The Fitness Center will require Surge Card access and will be monitored by cameras.
To access Fitness Center, complete the appropriate e-form. Access is granted within 24 hours (unless weekend or holidays).
Access by Surge Card only.
To gain access:
- Log Into MyCState
- Click on “eForms”
- Complete the Fitness User Agreement Form
- The link requires an active log-in to MyCState/Blackboard. Access will be available the next business day (unless weekend or holidays).
Expectations:
- Be respectful of others in the fitness center area.
- Wipe down upon arrival and departure equipment after each use. Disinfecting wipes are available for use.
- No food is permitted in the center. Water or sports drinks are permitted only in sealable containers. Glass is not permitted in the Fitness Center.
- Report damaged/malfunctioning equipment to Fitness Center Feedback e-form
Fitness Center Hours
NOTICE: The Fitness Center will not be open for general use
Mondays from 1pm – 2pm and Wednesdays from 11am – 2pm.
Reserved for Exercise Science Labs.
Hours of Operation (For your safety, the Fitness Center is recorded 24/7)
Monday – Thursday: 7am – 9:30pm
Friday & Saturday: 8am – 5:30pm
Sunday: CLOSED

Recreation
Game Room
The Game Room is located on the Lower Level of the Advanced Technology & Learning Center.
- Game Room Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Games available at no cost with a Surge Card (student ID card) include table tennis, foosball, billiards, Xbox, and board games.
- Only currently-enrolled Cincinnati State students may use the Game Room.

Disc Golf Course
The Surge Disc Golf course on the Clifton Campus is placed in a beautiful greenspace area, which includes multiple species of trees, bushes, and flowering shrubs that highlight every season of the year.
Each of the holes on the course has been named to recognize a nearby significant tree species.
