Overview
The Advanced Health Careers Preparatory Certificate provides recognition that a student has completed courses required for admission into academic programs in health fields such as Master of Science, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), Doctor of Physical Therapy (PTD), or Physician Assistant (PA).
Students must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education to qualify for program entry. To earn the certificate, students must complete a minimum of 14 credit hours from the courses listed. A minimum grade of C is required for all courses. If a student does not meet the prerequisites for a listed course, additional courses may be required.
Course selections must be approved by the student’s advisor.
