Overview
The Chemical Technology Production Certificate prepares students for entry-level positions in chemical production industries.
Students gain technical skills needed to manage basic control of systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures, and transfer of products. Students also learn basic operation of pumps, valves, and vessels, as well as safety and quality standards.
Students who earn the certificate may continue their education in the Chemical Technology Operator Certificate and the Chemical Technology associate’s degree program.
