The Community Leadership Certificate is intended for individuals employed at a community or public service agency who wish to gain leadership skills to assist in possible advancement within the agency.

Students who complete the Community Leadership Certificate gain knowledge of their own leadership styles and abilities and how to apply those skills to their role at their place of employment.
