In these mini courses, we will explore the transformative practices of self-care and yoga to help you cultivate greater health, vitality, and well-being in your daily life. Whether you’re new to these practices or seeking to deepen your understanding, each course is designed to provide you with practical tools and techniques that can be easily incorporated into your routine.
Participants are required to sign a liability waiver.
Yoga 101
This is a yoga class for everybody. Learn foundational yoga postures in a variety of posture categories, such as standing, seated, forward bending, hip opening, twisting, back-bending, relaxation, and more. A wonderful class for those new to yoga and recommended for more experienced yogis who might like to enhance their body awareness and start fresh with a beginner’s mind.
Yoga for Flexibility + Muscle Recovery
The physical postures of yoga promote flexibility and the releasing of tension., This class focuses on postures that assist with increasing blood flow, and better blood flow leads to enhancing the ability for your muscles to recover and lessens your risk to injury.
Relaxation 101
Relaxing is not merely sitting in an easy chair and watching television after a hard day’s work. Learning to truly relax takes some effort. In this course you will learn the art of relaxation so you may live a healthier, more vibrant life.
Meditation 101
Are you new to meditation, and interested in learning how to start a practice? If yes, then this course is for you. Learn the basics of meditation and practice guided meditations to assist you with calming your mind and cultivating greater peace in your life.

About the Instructor
Anna Ferguson has been studying and teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices for over twenty years. She is the co-creator of World Peace Yoga, a school of yoga in the heart of Clifton on Ludlow Avenue. World Peace Yoga works in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati State via credit and non-credit courses in yoga and meditation.
On her quest to inspire individuals to manifest the most exquisite version of themselves, she wrote, World Peace Yoga: Yoga for People Who Breathe. In her book, readers learn tools for creating inner peace through a variety of self-care practices, including breathing, meditation, and posture techniques, as well as plant-sourced living.
