The Ohio Board of Regents provides a student subsidy to Cincinnati State Technical and Community College for each Ohio resident enrolled. Without this support tuition would be much higher. The College receives 43% of its revenues from two state subsidies: State Share of Instruction and Access Challenge. The balance must come from tuition payments and other sources. Out-of-state residents pay the highest tuition since the College receives no Regents’ subsidy for their instruction.
