The Physical Facilities Team is committed to working together to provide quality service to our customers, including faculty, staff, administrators, students, and outside College contacts.
The Cincinnati State Physical Facilities Team, which is comprised of 1 Director, 3 Managers, and currently 35 hourly employees, is broken down into 6 Teams, who as a whole report to the Executive Vice President.
Physical Facilities is responsible for providing a high quality learning environment throughout the college commuinity for all campus locations. Our 6 teams assist with the overall mission of Facilities.

Work Orders and Requests
We use SchoolDude's Maintenance Direct system to track Work Orders from request to completion. In order to receive the most efficient and timely service, please be sure to direct all requests for facility work through the main Facilities office by submitting all requests online. The internet form, which can be accessed by employees from anywhere with an internet connection, can be found at www.myschoolbuilding.com. To request a training manual on placing online Facilities work requests, please contact the Facilities Department.
Only true emergency requests should be placed to the main Facilities office directly by calling 569.1559. An emergency is an instance when not doing the work would endanger either the building or the people in it.
